About Melanie

Melanie graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Communications. She brings an eclectic background to the table. Melanie has been a full-time singer, worked in the aerospace industry as a requirements management coordinator and trainer and has also been a district manager of software sales covering several states in the New England area. Melanie was born and raised in South Florida and has lived in GA, CT and now the central Florida area for 10 years. Melanie has been a licensed realtor for 23 years. She worked full time as a realtor for several years, then took a break to dive into the above-mentioned industries and then ultimately stepped away for a few years to be a full-time mom to her three children. Eight years ago, Melanie returned to the Real Estate Industry full time.

Melanie’s passion is working with people and developing long term relationships. It’s what she loves most about this business. With an immense mindfulness, Melanie is careful in every transaction to make sure she fully reviews every aspect of the buying and selling process with her customers to fully protect their interest. In the end, her goal is to have her customer walk away saying it was an enjoyable experience to work with her, even in cases where the transaction had some difficult aspects. Melanie is a bundle of energy which has given her the nickname of “energizer bunny.” She loves meeting new people and working with past customers, friends, family to help them with their real estate transactions. You will appreciate Melanie’s responsiveness to calls, texts and emails – even when you reach out to her late at night.

Melanie currently lives in Oviedo with her husband and three children, and she is thrilled to be a part of the Creegan Group family.
