Melanie helped us buy our townhouse, and every step of the way was great! She kept us on schedule and was in the loop with our lender to ensure that we had all of the needed paperwork and tasks completed in a timely manner which helped to decrease our overall stress immensely!
She was able to understand our needs and wants in our first home in Colorado, and also helped us to keep in mind things that we hadn’t considered when purchasing a property! She recommended areas that we hadn’t considered and made herself available to us when we needed her!
