I am lucky to have found a career in real estate that I truly enjoy and am passionate about, and I strive to bring this enthusiasm to every client I represent. Whether my client is a first time home buyer who is both excited and nervous about the process of making the largest investment of their lives, or an empty nester who is downsizing and has a completely different set of needs, I will listen to their goals for buying or selling, and work with them to devise a plan of action that makes the process as seamless as possible. Having come from a family of realtors, I know how important relationships are, and I pride myself on establishing lasting relationships with my clients. I am always accessible, providing quick responses to questions that come up. If I don't know the answer, I will find someone who does! In terms of marketing my listings, sellers find it helpful that I have a background in interior design and home staging. I know how to maximize home value and appeal to the most buyers. I also have extensive knowledge of new home construction, having represented builders as well as representing buyers who choose to build with one of the many local builders Richmond has to offer. I have lives in many large cities, including DC, Atlanta, and New York, but am happy to have left the traffic and craziness behind, and have called Richmond home for 19 years!
