Growing up in a family of real estate investors and construction professionals, Melanie developed a strong understanding of homes, property ownership, and investment value from an early age. She later expanded that knowledge through hands-on experience managing properties, participating in home renovation and flipping projects, and purchasing her own first home at age 23.
After a successful career in healthcare, Melanie earned her real estate license in 2022 and turned her lifelong passion for helping others into a profession. She is especially passionate about assisting first-time homebuyers, growing families, and those navigating life's transitions.
When she's not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, Melanie enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new restaurants, traveling, attending country music concerts, and escaping to Lake Tahoe whenever possible.
