I was connected to Melanie by a mutual friend in 2018. I explained that I didn’t know when I would need her services. Melanie continued to check in with me over the years. In February 2020 I received orders to move to Huntsville. I quickly contacted Melanie to help us find a home with very specific requirements. Melanie went out of her way to locate houses that met our requests and was very patient with our questions to understand the market. At the end of the day she found us the perfect home for our family and in the area of the city that we wanted to live in. Melanie is so exceptional that I recommended her to one of my colleagues.
