Melanie Yates

Melanie Yates is a Memphis, TN native who moved to Nashville over 9 years ago after graduating from the University of TN at Chattanooga. She has a BS in Psychology, and started her Real Estate career in 2018 because of my love for helping others. Her real estate career started in 2018 as a residential agent and within a couple of years she transitioned to Commercial Real Estate. She spent the past three years educating herself, small business owners, landlords, and startup businesses on how to navigate the Commercial Real Estate world successfully. Retail and Office have become her passion and area of expertise over this time as well as Land Development. She is passionate about providing tools and resources that help her clients long term. It is always her goal to work with integrity and dedication. her clients are always my highest priority and "making connections for a lifetime, not just a transaction, is her motto.
