I have known Melinda Colleton for many years. I was delighted to find out she had become a realtor, especially when we were looking for a new home for my mother-in-law. She was professional, punctual, quick to respond to my phone calls and gracious, which is often undervalued today. She addressed everyone of my concerns and provided much-needed guidance in the process. For a number of reasons, we decided it was not a good time to move forward with a new purchase. However, as soon as we are ready, we will be looking for Melinda to assist us and see us through the process of acquiring a new home for my mother-in-law. I highly recommend anyone looking for help with a purchase or sale to work with Melinda Colleton. You will not be disappointed!
