Melinda is so helpful and knowledgeable about the real estate market on LBI. She helped me find my beach home in 2018. She showed me a lot of options including one that was outside of the immediate area I asked about. All of which were contenders and in the end, the one outside my immediate area was the one I chose! It had so many great features I couldn’t pass up. Since buying the house, Melinda has handled the summer rental season for me the last three years. She does an excellent job working to resolve issues before coming to me. Melinda has a positive attitude and is very responsive. I would highly recommend contacting Melinda if you are looking for a realtor.
