Melinda Sexton

Melinda is originally from Massachusetts, my husband and moved here in 1983 when she was stationed at Fort Lee. In the same year, she also became a licensed Realtor® and joined Ingram & Associates. She considers herself a Tri-Cities local now.

Before Melinda became a realtor, she worked in the education system as a Speech Pathologist. This experience has helped her when working with clients, whether they are buying or selling their home. She loves educating her clients about the buying and selling process from start to finish, even going step by step through the contract. When clients are informed, they can feel confident in their real estate decision. Open and honest communication, strong attention to detail, and going the extra mile every time makes her a strong advocate for her clients as they navigate through an ever-changing market.
