I had the pleasure of working with Melissa Adams to sell 2 house this year. Melissa did an excellent job with all the necessary work realtors do to sell a house and she did so very expeditiously. But it was her compassion and the moral stance she took when she realized our buyer was being discriminated by an HOA, and she went way out of her way to help and protect the buyer, and fought this with the HOA. Had it not been for her perseverance and knowledge in this matter, the sale would have fallen apart. She literally saved the deal, by going went way beyond the call of duty of a realtor, out of sheer compassion. Mellisa Adam’s was the most patient, gracious, and accommodating realtor we have had the pleasure of meeting. She didn’t mind showing the property as many times as we wanted too see it , because our children study in FSU ( Tallahassee) and we wanted their input.Mellisa Adam’s knows Bonita Lakes, Three Lakes and all the surrounding areas like the back of her hand. In five days thanks to her patience., she negotiated our forever home ( that has increased in value in just a year ) we are blessed with the most beautiful sunsets every night overlooking the lake, an a amazing pool all in a a.quarter acre which was one of our requirements. From our first meeting to discuss the sale of our home, to the closing of the purchase of our new home, she provided accurate information, savvy guidance and friendly care.
