Melissa Andrade

Melissa became a realtor in 2017, after 12 years of working in the legal field as a paralegal. Her instructor saw her drive and potential to succeed in Real Estate sales and encouraged her to join McBride Kelly & Associates Realty, which she did and loves the close nit family atmosphere and boutique feel of the brokerage over a large impersonal national company because of the quality relationships that can be formed. She was able to close two properties within her first 45 days as an agent at MKA and has kept the momentum going strong due to her love and passion for her job as a realtor.
Melissa was drawn to her dream career as a realtor because of her interest in architecture, home interior design, and renovations of investment properties. As a Realtor, Melissa works with many investors, guiding them through the entire process from acquiring properties, suggestions as to the renovations that will gain the most return on their investment and listing the properties to sell or rent after completion. Melissa’s interest in interior design has led her to assisting her seller clients receive maximum profits on the sale of their homes by offering them her staging guidance and services.
