Melissa is the best. This was my first time buying a house so i was very nervous about the whole thing and did not know about anything that you need to know when buying a house. but Melissa was honest with me and did not just tell me what i wanted to hear, she made this whole thing as easy as she could. she also fought day and night to get me into the house i picked. weather this is your first home or 2nd and you want someone to be real and honest and work with someone that you can trust then Melissa is the person for you. i will be using her when i go for my second house.

Melissa helped us purchase a lot that we had been coveting for 5 years. She guided us through by approaching the sellers agent and helping to determine a fair offering price for the land. She was responsive and even called to tell me that nothing would happen over the holiday weekend.

Everything went as planned and when we couldn't do the agreed upon date she made it happen that we could close a day earlier than expected. A great experience. I have no plans to move but if I do, I'll put it in her hands.
