With more than 20 years of experience in sales and finance, Melissa brings strong negotiation skills and strategic insight to every transaction. Her team of dedicated Realtors serves clients throughout Armstrong, Indiana, Allegheny, Westmoreland, Butler, and surrounding counties, guiding buyers, sellers, and investors through every step of the process.
Melissa earned Rookie of the Year with Northwood Realty during her first year, she continues to build a team culture focused on collaboration, mentorship, and client success. She is a member of the RAMP Board of Realtors and specializes in both residential and commercial properties. She is also a Certified Property Manager and Relocation Specialist, allowing the team to provide an even broader range of services.
A lifelong member of the Kittanning community, Melissa has lived in the area for more than 40 years. She remains actively involved in the community and an active member of Harvest Community Church.
