We should have started with Melissa! She came in with her team and literally showed-up the competition with almost weekly open houses, staging that made our house look like magazine quality. The ads were amazing and reached many with much more views and visits and it sold in two months basically with a cash offer as-is. We closed 3 weeks later and it was seamless. Over the years i have dealt with several Real Estate agents. In almost all of those circumstances I'm pretty sure i worked harder than they did on my RE transaction. However, I finally ran into one, Allison Clay, that without a doubt put my interests first. I quickly realized that she was listening, took the time to understand my position and then truly represented me when it came time to negotiate with the other party and their agent. For the first time I experienced an agent who went to battle for me. In the back and forth of offer/counteroffer etc-never once did i think she tried to sugarcoat my comments or work with the other side to just get a deal done, but she stood her ground "for me". Why can't they all do that? Allison is genuine and honest. It is clear that she lives every day like it's Sunday when it comes to her faith. Any adult out there that has lived a few decades knows how rare (yet treasured) that is now. I would absolutely recommend Allison to anyone considering selling or buying a house.

When decided to purchase a home, I searched the Internet and found eXp Realty with wonderful reviews. I could quickly set up an in-person meeting with one of the eXp agents (Lance Vaughn) with whom I worked until the closing. Lance had a very warm welcome, not pushing to sign documents, not asking for an advance payment, etc. That was very important for me as a first-time buyer. Even though I had strict criteria for the house I was looking, Lance was very patient with me. He was also very responsive in the sense that he very quickly responded to my calls, messages, and set up tours very fast for the houses I wanted to see. He thoroughly answered all my questions as a first-time buyer. The eXp Realty office was also very professional in paperwork and informed me of all the steps ahead of me in the process. I received emails from Angela Crouch in a timely manner and could easily reach her via phone with my questions. All in all, I was very pleased with the service I have received, and I will undoubtedly contact eXp Realty again if I have any real estate business in the future.

Could not rave enough about how professional our realtor, Brandon, was. He went above and beyond and always made himself available to show any house my wife and I wanted to see. As a very eccentric client on my own on a prior home purchase, as well as purchasing another home as my family grew, Brandon Prevette absolutely knocked it out of the park. My wife and I have very strange taste by traditional standards, and are very set in a certain couple of blocks we wanted to live in. Brandon never tried to question that, sway us to different areas, or even ask why. He just provided results. The process was very professional, flawless and marketed in the most powerful way. Melissa is a great team leader with a staff of people who know precisely what and how to do their jobs. Kristina Tickle and Angela Crouch each had their areas of responsibility and performed them well. We have known Melissa a long time, however, this was our first time using her to sell and buy our home in the Memphis area. Her whole team is like a well-oiled machine at this point and are on top of EVERYTHING!! Wow! Please do not let the low number of google reviews make you think twice about contacting Melissa Thompson to sell your home. She and her selling team deserve these five stars! They made selling my first house surprisingly easy. She came to our property, laid out everything we would need to know, and answered any questions we had. Her projections were on point, and we actually ended up making even more money on our home than we expected. (Our house CLOSED a month--30 DAYS--after it was posted online, y'all.) Her home selling business model (advertising, education, and customer service) should be the industry standard. I am still impressed. I suppose many of her clients are so busy enjoying their new homes that they have forgotten to share their wonderful selling experience on Google. Please call her to sell your home TODAY!
