She not only helped us sell our previous home but also helped us find our new home that we absolutely love. Throughout the entire process of selling and buying both homes, she was professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, patient and always so quick to respond to every question and need. She was very patience and understanding about our endless list of questions and concerns and was always very quick to respond, I can’t imagine a harder working realtor. From the very beginning she was attentive and supportive of our needs, our demands and helped us find a place that met our needs. Once we found the home we wanted she helped us navigate the unknowns of real estate even when we had some ups and downs with an initial property. She helped us by being accessible and answered our questions even when they weren't the smartest questions. Ultimately with her help we found our home and negotiated the price and terms we needed with her guidance. She made us feel like we were her number 1 clients. We will continue (Have already) to refer our friends and family to her. That's a testament to her abilities as an agent, a person and a partner in getting the right home at the right price and terms.

She helped us to buy our new home and we felt like she had our best interests in mind throughout the entire process. She's a great communicator, answered all of our questions, seemed to always be available when we wanted to speak or meet with her, and always was willing to research a property we we're interested in. If we sell our home or buy again I the future, Melissa will be the first realtor we call as we would love to work with her again

Copied from Zillow. 5 Star Zillow Review August 2017 I've bought and sold/leased/rented a dozen homes and worked with a zillion real estate agents. Working with Melissa was bar none the best real estate experience I've ever had. Her follow-up is spot on, she's proactive, positive and thinks outside the box. She knows her turf inside and out. The house I ended up putting an offer on was one I originally passed on when I first saw it on Zillow. However, Melissa did a fantastic job determining my needs (apparently better than I) and persuading me into physically looking at the place. I loved it, she made the transaction painless and helped move the process along. Plus, Melissa is just a very down to earth, cool, smart person who you'll enjoy being around. Don't look any further, she's your gal:)

Copied from Zillow: 5 Star Zillow Review January 2018 I could not have asked for a better agent than Melissa! As a first-time home buyer, I had a million questions and she always answered all of them quickly and thoroughly. She was very responsive when I'd ask to see homes that I was interested in- often the very same day! Melissa also took the time to send letters to homeowners in specific areas that I was looking to buy. She is extremely professional, caring, and understanding. If it weren't for Melissa I likely would not have the home that I own today. Melissa bends over backwards for her clients- I cannot recommend her enough!

She patiently answered all of our endless questions, and was extremely responsive at all times, immediately responding to texts, emails and calls. We moved out of state due to a work relocation, so we were on a pretty tight timeline when it came to the actual move. We were out of state for the much of the process, and Melissa went above and beyond by being present during inspections, meeting repairmen, and even taking a call from our HOA when one of our smoke alarms wouldn’t stop triggering. Turns out it was a faulty unit, and Melissa even took the time to go to Home Depot to replace it for us. In the middle of the stress of moving 1200+ miles, starting a new job, selling a house in CA and buying a house in WA, having Melissa there to handle the details eased my mind and made the process as painless as selling a house can be. She was very proactive in providing updates, especially as the closing process continued, and was willing to work directly with our WA realtor since we were buying our new house on a sale contingency of our old house. If I ever buy another home in Southern California, I would definitely work with Melissa again.
