Melissa Cruz

Melissa is an established REALTOR® and a pillar in her community. Melissa began her REALTOR® career in 2016, shortly after she relocated to St. Augustine from New Jersey. Finding her passion in real estate and continuing her education, Melissa earned her broker’s license in 2018. Since then, she has continued to grow, learn, and progress in Real Estate, obtaining GRI designation in 2019, also when she began mentoring. From there, she went on to become a coach in 2020. She has set herself apart as a coach and mentor, sharing her passion with others. Melissa was the Director at BOR in 2021, serving as Secretary.

Today, Melissa has been an Education Committee Member for over three years and is a part-owner of Game Changer Realty. She strives to be the best for her customers and agents, whether they are buying, selling a home, or building a new career in real estate. Melissa gives all of herself to those around her.
