She has a way of reading people and pin point a home that you love. Using her knowledge of the real estate market in Arizona and her ability to actually understand what you are looking for in a home gives her great insight that all home seekers want on their side. Melissa Dierks and Brenda Reed were the most professional team. They helped us short sale our home and were incredibly knowledgeable. Melissa is a fantastic real estate agent and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell a home! After purchasing two homes in the past, I had a certain expectation of what a realtor should do and she exceeded that in every aspect. My parents recommended Melissa to me after having recently working with her to purchase a home and I could not have been happier. Whenever I had a question (whether it was day or night, weekday or weekend), she would always respond immediately. She has the perfect balance of being professional and friendly. I often felt like I was house shopping with a friend instead of my realtor!
