Melissa helped me find my forever home out in the middle of nowhere, as requested. She put in some serious mileage for me to find what I was needing. I wasn't approved for a large amount, but it didn't sway her in the least. She gave me the VIP treatment like I was buying a million dollar home. She gave me her honest opinion to the point where we walked in and immediately walked out of some of the homes. She wasn't trying to make a sale. She was trying to find my home.

Melissa was absolutely amazing! We just moved here from out of state and had no idea where to even start or search in Ohio. Not only did Melissa put in so much time and effort into helping us find the perfect home she helped us to get to know our new area and pointed us in the direction of some great local spots too. She always answered our questions promptly and really made me feel like no question was a dumb question. She really has a solid knowledge of the market and the entire area as well. I cannot recommend her enough!

Melissa is amazing! From the moment that I met her, I could sense that she was a great listener, who genuinely loved her work and cared about what her clients want. She made the house hunting process so smooth for us. She worked around the clock to find leads for us and her knowledge and expertise in the field helped us find a home that we loved and could afford. Melissa helped us find and buy our first home. It was perfect for us for a few years but when the time came to sell it to get something we could grow into, we immediately called Melissa. We got our house listed, multiple offers and sold within 24 hours and Melissa was great throughout all the selling process. Melissa recently sold my mother's house. I couldn't have been more pleased working with her. She went above and beyond helping us to the house ready for sale by setting us up with a handyman and making phone calls to other connections she had in order to get needed work done for the sale.
