I worked with Melissa Ellis at Pekar/Ellis with a crazy deadline to find a family home with only weeks to spare pending a cross-country move to LA. Melissa was tireless, knowledgable and never lost her compassion or sense of humor as she helped us navigate a wildly competitive and complicated real estate market! She had great advice and had our backs on every level in everything from looking at property to crafting our bid (We beat out 29 people and did NOT overpay!) to suggesting fair and talented contractors. Melissa is a real gem. We were so lucky to have her in our corner! We have no plans to leave our dream home any time soon, but if we win the Powerball and go for casa #2, Melissa will be the first one we call!
