My experience with Melissa was absolutely wonderful. She found me a home I love! She not only was a great realtor, but she was a great support system. Being a first time homebuyer and not knowing what to expect, she explained everything at each twist and turn.

You will not regret having Melissa as your realtor. She’s professional, trustworthy, and is amazing at what she does!

Where do I begin! Thank you thank you thank you! Melissa was amazing from the beginning of my home buying process through the rough financing process (due to the negligence of the financing company, no fault of hers or mine) and until the day I signed and beyond that. Melissa proved to be very knowledgeable in her work and if there was anything she didn't know she got the information for me diligently. She was very patient and really helped me in making the best decision in choosing the perfect home. I would say my biggest admiration was that she really fought for me when it came down to the financing. The loan rep admitted that most realtors would've backed out after the situation we were put through but she stood right by my side through it all and made sure that everything worked out. She has still been a great help until this day with any questions I have. Please, if you're in the market of buying a home, do yourself a favor and work with Melissa Fuentes.

Melissa is absolutely amazing! She took the time to fully understand what we were looking for and sent plenty of options to us the same day. She is detailed, organized, and prompt. She made the home buying AND selling process so easy. She worked around our crazy, hectic, and ever changing schedules with ease and was always available for a quick chat or question. We really cannot say enough about how awesome she is! If you are in the market to buy or sell a home, she is THE person to call!

My husband and I worked with Melissa to buy our first house earlier this year..Melissa showed us multiple homes and after hearing our likes/dislikes from each house she suggested a home that was being renovated but had not yet been put on the market. We were able to go see the home and fell in love. We put in the offer and were able to get under contract before the house had hit the market - this helped us avoid putting in an offer with lots of competition - and now we are in our new home!!
Melissa was great to work with, very responsive, always available! Melissa had a great amount of knowledge in homes available or soon to be on the market and really held our hands through the buying process!

Melissa is a miracle worker! I have many investment properties and she was very dialed in when it came to marketing for the properties. She has a great deal of resources- Inspectors, appraisers, loan agents, construction crews etc. She fights tooth and nail on every deal to bring me the dest deal and to be able to close on time. Very intelligent, professional and really kind. I highly recommend Melissa for anyone’s real estate needs.

For a first time home buyer, like myself, Melissa was willing to work with me and help me find the perfect home. She talked me through every inch of the home buying process and broke things down for me. She was also not afraid to turn me away from homes from things that she could see were not in good condition from her own home flipping experiences! I would recommend to any home buyer
