Goes the Extra Mile - Excellent Agent! I don't know if we would be in our new (to us) home at all if it weren't for Melissa Grasso. Melissa is a customer-centric RE Agent who went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get the house we wanted. Although we're not fans of dual agent situations, this was one and Melissa performed like the true professional she is handling tricky situations with ease and "serving two masters" with finessee.
Melissa has great communication skills and her follow up and follow thru were on point. Although she is a busy agent, we always felt like we were a top priority for Melissa and that helping us achieve our goal was her top agenda item.

excellent and caring. After a e few phone calls,we met with Melissa, and after speaking with her, we knew she was the right person for us. She would represent us, and had our back at every turn of the the selling and concurrent buying process. Never hesitated to return our calls or answer our questions until we fully understood what was happening. I would recommend her to anyone, and would ask for her again in the future. Melissa Grasso is one "Top Shelf" Real Estate Agent. We do not write reviews often, however with the experience we had with Melissa, we felt we could not keep silent. When we decided to sell our home, we met with many realtors and interviewed them diligently. After our search we decided on Melissa and our intuition was spot on. This is the fourth property we have sold, and Melissa's expertise made it by far the easiest, flawless sale we have had. Melissa came on board with a plan we liked. She was very decisive carrying her plan. She did everything she said she would do when she said she would do it. She kept us updated every step of the way and was always available to answer our questions. Melissa used her years of experience and knowledge to market our home. In a time when interest rates are the rise, we allowed several months to get into escrow. Melissa worked hard and within 5 days, had several offers. We ended up accepting an offer over our asking price. Her service didn't end there. She kept us informed through every step of the escrow process. Melissa was such a hard worker. My home was in pre foreclosure because of divorce and she sold it in days.
When i say i was worried about the markst, she hustled. She dropped off garage sale signs, she hired an amazing Photographer, she literally cleaned my walls when the house cleaners did a bad job. She came with cleaning supplies and got to work. We had one open house. She contacted buyers about their comments and secured a sale.
She found me a rental and I’m convinced her nagging them got it for me. We were able to stay in the same schools, witin walking distance and I couldn’t have been more relieved. She was in touch constantly giving me updates. You are truly in good hands with her. Thank you Melissa! I’ve closed one chapter of my life and she set me up to start fresh.

More than just satisfied
We didn't even where to start with the home buying process, it seemed complicated and difficult. We had talked to many agents even our own bank all we kept hearing is "we'll get to you when we get to you." But when we talked to Melissa within a few seconds the conversation went from general conversation to what our worries were. She within a couple of minutes reassured and was able to address all of our concerns. You will not find anyone who is dependable and as hard working as she is. Not only did she help but us a home, she took the worry out of it, especially in a ever evolving market. We couldn't recommend her enough.
