Melissa helped our family close on our house in 11/2021 (woohoo!!) but we’d been working with her since 11/2020. We were first-time homebuyers and it was really great to have someone like Melissa -patient and resourceful- to help guide us along. Melissa helped us tour existing homes, joined us at meetings with new home construction builders, and helped us think through the pros and cons of both. Ultimately, we decided to go the new home construction route. She attended all of the important meetings with the new build and offered to check on the building progress when we were unavailable.

What I appreciate the most about Melissa is her willingness to find answers, especially when we had a particular question or concern. I appreciate her transparency AND follow through so that we could make an informed decision when it was needed.
