Melissa was a God sent angel to my family and me!
I made a request from another, well known company for a mortgage and got denied one month prior to meeting Melissa and La Rosa Realty.
After being denied for a mortgage, I received a two month notice from my then landlord informing me that he sold the house I rent so I will have to move.
A friend told me about Melissa. I spoke to her and she told me I have too short of time to make things work right. But that she will do her best.
Today I make this review from the inside of my family’s first new home.
YEEES, it emotionally gives me great pride to say that “MY FAMILY’S NEW HOME!”
Melissa was relentless towards anyone whom slowed the process down.
She was seriously like a bull dog.
There are no words that will completely explain my emotion towards her, towards the work she does, towards the work she did for my family and me.
All I can say is, she is God sent!
Thank you thank you thank you so much Mellisa for making my family’s dream come true.

Melissa always responds to all my questions and guided me through the process to get my first house. Definitely a fantastic realtor and the best one ever. She's also very understanding and respectful, always trying her best and making sure you're satisfied with the final result.
