Melissa Lodi

Melissa has had the pleasure of working in the real estate field for over 15 years, 12 of which as a Realtor®, and she knows without a shadow of a doubt that this is her calling. Nothing compares to the joy she feels when she helps a buyer find their way home, or helping a seller find the right buyer to allow them to move onto their new home.

Melissa is a lifelong Massachusetts resident, loves animals, and loves helping people. Before dedicating her time to being an agent, she worked for a local real estate attorney for 4 years setting up & performing closings on homes, which gives her an edge over many agents. This includes working with local banks, drafting closing documents (i.e. deeds, settlement statements, mortgages, notes, etc.), performing the closing and recording documents at the appropriate registry of deeds. In 2015, she became an ASP (Accredited Staging Professional). And in 2020 she earned her Brokers license.

Melissa is the proud owner of Mendon Local Realty, one of the few remaining boutique firms that is locally owned and operated, and she has an amazing team of agents.
