We initially used Melissa Mac Amazeen with Iron Valley last year for our home sale. Was our first home we bought, Military moved us 4 months later, and unfortunately had to sell. When I say someone in the commission based industry, who already knows there is a “contract” and the house will sell itself, goes above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless for the last minute Military move- from even playing mini project manager as we had already moved out of state and needed a few repairs, then this is the person! Felt like it was the easiest, most comforting part of our transition of the Military move.
We plan to use her again in the future. 200% recommend Melissa!
