Born and raised in Simsbury, CT, Melissa Martin has proudly called Charleston her home for the last 26 years. Melissa started her residential real estate career as a developer associate with a large multi-family builder and developer in Charleston and Greensboro, NC. This experience has given her an insider's look into the development and construction process and led her to attain her real estate license in 2006.

Melissa is deeply connected to the Charleston area market and is sincerely devoted to her clients. She is one of Charleston's most trusted and top-selling real estate agents, having been awarded the Realtor of Distinction Award each year since 2011, and is a member of the East Cooper Top Producer Club. Melissa completed her BA in Corporate Communications and Business Administration at the College of Charleston and now resides in Mt. Pleasant with her husband, Greg, and their three daughters, Reese, Cecilia, and Greer. When she isn't working, Melissa enjoys volunteering at her daughters' school, traveling, long walks on the beach, yoga and spending time with her friends and family.
