Home is a word which conjures up so many thoughts for people... A crackling fire on a chilly night, kids playing soccer in the backyard, dinner parties around festively set tables, and the serene comfort of a hot shower or soak in the tub after a long day. No matter what 'home' means to someone, Melissa Moran will work to find them the home they have always wanted, or to help sell the home they have invested so much of themselves in. Melissa has a real passion and drive for helping others realize their dreams and meet their goals in terms of home ownership. Having background in both the title and loan industries provides Melissa with excellent ability to problem solve and think creatively in making people's home ownership dreams a reality. Melissa also spent 15 years as a Language Arts and Composition teacher, and as such knows how to communicate with both buyers and sellers to make sure she understands their wishes, and she has the negotiation skills required for success in the field. She is a mother to her 8-year-old daughter, a musician, and a Girl Scout leader. She loves to bake, especially her signature chocolate cupcakes, and enjoys roller skating with her daughter. Melissa will work with people to determine exactly what they want and will implement her proven system of finding them the property they want for the best price. Whatever someone's reasons for getting into the real estate market are, Melissa will work tirelessly to help them attain their goals and to make sure that they will have a home that exceeds their dreams!
