Our decision to move from CA to VA started back in February of 2021 and from the get go Melissa Mowry was by our side. We lived in our home for 30 years so this was a major move emotionally as well as as physically. She understood that and started to send us possible homes to look at even know our move was months away. We finally arrived in VA in Mid September and the search became much more intense. Because of her patience, determination and integrity we found the perfect home we were looking for. Melissa loves her job it shows in when she's working with you, and that's 110%. This is the 4th house we've owned and the the difference with Melissa is she's not trying to sell you a house, what's more important to her is finding a home that fits you heart!! Our escrow closed last October and she's still willing to help out with questions and recommendations. She didn't just take the money and run. She earned very penny! Melissa did the same for my daughter and just recently for my daughter's Mother-in-law. In my book there's no one else I would trust with one of the biggest investments of a lifetime and I suggest you do the same.

Melissa is the best agent we could have ever hoped for. Her communication, attention to detail, knowledge of the area and market, and genuine investment in her clients is out of this world. She has worked with my family, my in-laws, and my mother and has exceeded our expectations every time. On top of that she has to be one of the most thoughtful people I have had the pleasure to know. I don’t know how she does it!
I will recommend Melissa to absolutely anyone and everyone and will put money down that she is the best out there.
