I am so happy that we worked with Melissa while finding our first home purchase! From the beginning Melissa made herself available through call, text, email, and in-person meetings. We had a very competitive budget and Melissa was still able to help us find the home in a very reasonable amount of time. The house we chose needed some repairs which she helped negotiate for the seller to perform. She also helped us with seller concessions which we used to buy down our interest rate. We had a few unexpected issues that arose and Melissa was able to work behind the scenes, day and night, to help them get them resolved. It may not be an ideal housing market but Melissa help make the entire process seamless. We are so appreciative of her hard work and highly recommend her services. Thank you so much Melissa!

As a first time home buyer, Melissa was really informative helping me through the process. She was so patient with me asking her tons of questions and wanting to view a ridiculous number of houses in a short timeframe (being an out-of-state buyer). During the buying process, she helped me navigate some tough decisions - such as asks from the seller - and it turned out in my benefit.

I'm tell you if you want a top of the line realtor Melissa is the one. I've search high and low for someone who knows her job and cares. She don't just say and act like she care but she really does...but that's not all. Melissa knows her stuff about reality like I've never seen in an other and believe me I've have had experience with many. She is confident, capable and works on her toes. I hit a website that would allow realtors to contact me to become their client. Five responded, two of them called or emailed twice. Melissa responded twice the first day, again the second, and without being annoying or a stalker, gently once a week after that for a few weeks. Guess who my realtor in Albuquerque is? If you want someone who will seek out the right property for you, use Melissa. She sought me out, which is the best indicator of how she'll work to find us what we need as we move to Albuquerque. Melissa worked tirelessly for me and my partner to find our perfect home. We’ve been thinking about buying for a while and finally mustered the courage to go house hunting. Melissa kept in contact with us for over a year (after we were introduced the first time we thought about buying) so we naturally thought of her when we finally decided to make the leap. If we buy another home or sell our house we would definitely use Melissa again as our realtor. Honestly I was kind of scrolling and since My husband and I were really wanting to get a home instead of renewing our lease I started to see Melissa pop up on every group I was in. I got to see what I kind human being she was and that she was caring for others that’s when I decided to reach out to her and ask her for some advice. I was really worried last year my husband suffered a horrible car accident got hit by a guy racing his car on Louisiana St in front of his job. My husband was just leaving his work, but he never made it home. It was one of the worst times of my life. He was on disability for about 6 months. But she recommended a great mortgagee and they walked me thru the whole process and we were able to buy our dream home. Melissa was able to work out some seller credit and she recommended First time home buyers assistants program to help with our down payment. Also got our earnest money back. When we ran into in obstacle on short time with our seller credit for repairs She helped me on getting quotes for repairs and flooring to make my experience less stressful. Melissa was always available to answer our questions and help us in every step. I hope she gets licensed in Texas. 😊
