Prior to her career with Berkshire Hathaway Fox & Roach as a Realtor in Atlantic and Cape May County, she worked in operations management in a national franchise chain assisting in franchise development and support.

Throughout her career, Melissa has gained training and experience in many areas including management, team building, leadership, and how to effectively prioritize tasks on a national scale. As a Franchise Coordinator, she has developed a wide range of communication skills in numerous settings.

Her goal is to bring her expertise into the real estate business and assist people in having a smooth experience while meeting all of your real estate needs.
