She made recommendations on what needed to be done to get the condo ready for sale and how to market the strong points. She helped with the staging which made all the difference in the world, and she has a fantastic eye for decorating! Melissa made the entire process easy and she had immediate results for the sale. My husband and I bought our first home with Melissa as our real estate agent in December 2021. While we had never worked with a realtor or real estate agent before, I am confident in saying that she is the absolute best you could hope to find. Her work ethic, communication, knowledge of the area, and support for her clients is second to none. We were touring homes in Virginia to get a feel for what we could buy for our budget, when we came across a townhome that we truly loved. I "knew" we weren't going to be able to submit an offer by the deadline a few days later, because we hadn't even begun the process of getting pre-approved for a mortgage (pretty much a minimum requirement in this market). Melissa just smiled and said in her cool way, "sure you can." She kicked it into high gear, working with a recommended lender to get us pre-approved quickly to submit an offer, which was accepted. Then came the inspection: Melissa worked with us day and night for multiple weeks through a complicated inspection and negotiation process with the seller. She did her research, always gave her honest opinion, and never made us feel like she was pushing us in a certain direction. When at one point in the negotiations we decided to back out of the contract, Melissa was incredibly supportive and encouraged us not to worry - we would find our dream home. In the end we got it (after another round of talks with the seller), and we owe all of it to Melissa. Four months later, she texts periodically to ask how construction is going in our basement. She wants what's best for you, and will guide you every step of the way with a kind and passionate manner. I truly miss working with her, and my husband and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

Melissa worked for us as a buyer's agent to find a condo in Alexandria. We were very, very picky and probably drove her crazy looking a zillions of properties. You'd never have known it from her professional and friendly demeanor, and especially her patience. She never tried to steer us towards a property and was always working in our interest. She will work like a dog for you. I will use her again. Highly recommended.

Melissa Rosario took great time, care and attention to help me purchase my dream home in Northern Virginia. For a variety of reasons, my search took more than two years and Melissa was there every step of the way. She conducted searches, ran comps, and scheduled countless home tours with great patience. Melissa listened to me and exactly what I wanted in a home, and encouraged me to not settle on something that was a "right now" house, instead of the "right" home. Melissa did an excellent job during the process of helping my family find our home. She didn’t rush us or pressure us to decide and it took quite a while for us to find the perfect house. She is extremely responsive and was very generous with her time. Melissa sold us our house in Alexandria, VA. She is extremely thorough and very professional. We worked together at looking at homes and on the purchase of our home. She is very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to make you comfortable and aware of everything that goes on right up to closing.
