My wife and I had been searching for our first home since we got engaged in November 2020. I don’t know if we just have bad luck, but we had worked with three other realtors, prior to Melissa, and it seemed as though none of them were willing to put much effort into helping my wife and I find the type of home we wanted. It seemed like they were just trying to sell particular properties, instead of try to find a home that had what we were looking for.

My wife and I had nearly given up on finding a home after working with those three realtors. We met Melissa, though, and she clicked with us immediately. Having someone be so dedicated to helping us was the best feeling ever. She responded to our calls/texts immediately every time, worked diligently to find what we were looking for, and within a month got us exactly what we wanted. She even managed to negotiate an AMAZING price for us. We are incredibly grateful to have met Melissa.

If anyone is having realtor troubles like my wife and I had, CALL MELISSA. She will work with you because she cares and wants to make people happy, not to just make money off of you. Thank you again, Melissa!

ABSOLUTE ROCKSTAR!

Melissa Shaw went above and beyond! I ended up with a favorable purchase price for my new home and gained instant equity! (not easy in today's seller's market)

She had the seller pay for major foundation repairs with lifetime warranty! She even had the foundation repair company drop extra dirt on edge of my property to improve drainage and to divert water runoff away from the structure. (sorry, neighbor! JK)

A few days before closing, I showed up at the property to find Melissa blowing leaves in my back yard!

Melissa does the opposite of bare minimum and I highly recommend!
