Melissa Shrout brings confidence, passion and enthusiasm to her real estate, asset management company and interior design endeavors. A career that began in marketing, property management and interior design, has now reached into homes of Sacramento’s real estate industry.

Melissa values the importance of genuinely listening to her clients’ needs and her outgoing personality immediately puts them at ease. Her focused approach and individualized assessment evokes a comfortable and confident feeling from her clients. She works diligently from start to finish, whether selling your home, designing, managing, and executing projects of all style and scale. Melissa prides herself on providing the highest standard of client services while alleviating the stress that is typically involved in carrying out such endeavors. Melissa and her family call Arden Park home. She is active in the community and is a member of the Arden Park Homeowners Association Board. She is also a certified Jazzercise Instructor and teaches at Arden Park Community Center. She currently volunteers for Happy Tails of Sacramento where she fosters kittens rescued from the surrounding areas. Melissa attended Arizona State University majoring in business. Melissa holds an Allied ASID designation from the American Society of Interior Designers and is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and REALTOR.
