Melissa and Doyle have helped me the past 3 moves. Each move had seemingly tall orders: finding a house in a day, finding one in a specific school zone, and most recently, bidding on the one house in the neighborhood zoned to the schools my kids are attending in this crazy market. They have gone above and beyond each time to be an advocate for me, and explain every step of the process. Doyle even met me at the house to go over the inspection report to make sure I understood each item and possible implications so I was comfortable with the tasks at hand and what to ask for from the seller. Over our lifetimes, we have dealt with dozens of real estate agents in the purchase or sale of homes or other properties. In all that experience, we have never seen a team perform as well as Melissa and Doyle Spencer of Re/Max Integrity — The Spencer Team.

In a period of just over a year, they have helped us with three major transactions. In each, we have felt that we were being guided by professional consultants, not real estate agents. The way they handled the listing of our 13-year-old home, from personally ensuring the property looked and showed at its very best, to the creative and multi-level promotional effort they employed, we felt that they were relentless in pursuing our best interests.

I have just moved into a beautiful new home which Melissa helped me purchase. She and her husband Doyle have been there for me since the start, steering me through several difficult ordeals with the builders, sales etc. She was with me at all stages and helped me select materials and colors at the Design Center.

Now we are continuing to work together as we get my house in NW Houston ready to put on the market and I feel totally comfortable in leaving it in their more than capable hands.

Melissa brings to the table some unique old fashioned values and truly cares for her clients. Every step is professional. There is no pressure, her opinions are solid and is very knowledgeable. It was a breath of fresh air finding her after months of dealing with Realtors who really did not have my best interests at heart.

To anyone thinking of buying a new house in this area I suggest you give her a call. Had it not been for Melissa being with me my new house buy transaction would not have gone as well and don't skip the independent inspection before closing - no matter what your builder tells you! Another very sound piece of advice.
