Hi, I’m Mellisa Stevens.

Real estate is more than a career for me—it’s something I’ve been around my entire life. Growing up in a family that owned a construction materials business, I spent years watching homes being built, remodeled, and transformed. That experience gave me an appreciation for quality construction and eventually led me to a career helping people buy and sell homes.

I’m a proud Navy Veteran, business owner, and hold a Master of Science in Leadership and Management. My military service taught me the value of integrity, hard work, and putting people first—qualities I carry into every transaction.

Over the years I’ve lived in Ventura County, San Diego, the Greater Los Angeles area, and several other states while serving in the military. I also have family throughout Los Angeles, so I know many of Southern California’s communities well. Whether you’re relocating across town or across the country, I understand how important it is to have someone who knows the area and genuinely cares about helping you make the right move.
