From the exact moment we were introduced to Melody, we knew we had someone that had our best interests at heart. She was professional and courteous and helped guide us as first time home buyers and we’re forever indebted to her! She was thorough and always quick to respond, and was always at anytime will to drop anything to show us a new home. When we did find our home, she spared to expense to make sure we were comfortable and kept us informed to all the moving parts. Melody was a pleasure to work with. The process of house hunting can be stressful but she made it easy and fun. We also worked well together and that made all the difference. She gave great advice, really looked out for my best interest, and was a great second set of eyes when touring properties. She also had an immediate understanding of what I was looking for and re-assured me that I would find the right house. I never lost hope during this process or got discouraged while working with Melody. I can't Thank her enough and I'm sure that I will work with her again in the future. OUTSTANDING! In the market for a new property or looking to sell yours, Melody Caraballo is an amazing agent. She was extremely thorough, diligent on getting the answers, follow-through and I was amazed quite honestly at her eye when looking at a property. She could tell if the foundation may have structural issues, mold, etc. I honestly would not have seen a 1/4 of what she saw. She has an eye for the details. Once the deal was closed, it didn't end there. She sent reminders for everything, including when to change the furnace filter! She goes above and beyond. You will not be disappointed and I truly trusted Melody from the beginning and with her help, we closed on a dream property. Thank you Melody from the bottom of my heart!
