I contacted Melvin Through realtor.com about some information on a property. He rapidly provided the information I was seeking and set up a private showing so I could look at the property. He also referred me to a lender that he personally knows and trusts. I was able to get prequalified on that same day. He ended up helping me find a great deal in my dream home within 15 days of meeting him. His knowledge, guidance, and experience was extremely helpful.

I reached out to Melvin Sorto for assistance on preparing my home to put it up on the market. He
prepared an astonishing presentation of houses in my area with matching criteria and gave me a few
pointers to maximize the market value for my home. Once I felt comfortable putting my
home up for sale he handled everything with great care and attentiveness. He would always keep me in
the loop of things with constant updates. I would refer him to any of my friends or family members to
represent them in real estate related matters. A true professional.

I enjoyed having Melvin as my agent from day one we met at 14 Bosworth Lane in Willingboro. He was always timely to meet me and show me the houses I wanted to see. He was very helpful to me and my family. Melvin's advice won us the house we finally bought, without his advices I was ready to let go of that house which I would have greatly regretted for life because the housing market got worse right after my offer was accepted. Our house is right now worth more than what we paid for without making a single improvement to it. We would still be looking for a house today. Thank you, Melvin. Melvin is a great Realtor to work with, he’s very knowledgeable about the real estate market and was able to answer any questions that I had. He took his time with me and didn’t rush me to but anything i wasn’t comfortable with. With his help I was able to find the perfect home for me and my family.
