Mercedes was very professional, friendly and motivated. Of the realtors I interviewed, she was the only one that expressed enthusiasm to work with me and the property to be sold, even though her office is over an hour away. She did her homework on the property and market in which the property was located, recommended a price that I (and the other realtors interviewed) didn't think it could command, moved fast and communicated immediately as we went through the process. Due to her energetic efforts, I received three offers, including a full-price offer, in well under a week! People who know me know I expect a lot from my realtor, but Mercedes significantly exceeded even my (sometimes unreasonably) high expectations! Thank you for the outstanding work! I cannot recommend her highly enough!!!!

Look no further if you want a professional and extremely, thoughtful realtor. Mercedes embodies these qualities and more. She flawlessly, assisted my son with the purchase of his first home. She sold our house in 3 days then set the comp's for the neighborhood. Hands down, she's one of the best people that I've worked with in years. With that said, I highly recommend that you get Cuffed (sign with her) and join the family.

We love Mercedes! We are (or were!) first time home buyers and she answered all of our questions and explained the process to us step by step. Mercedes is very professional and quick to respond to any inquiries. Mercedes was on top of scheduling and getting everything together for a quick closing in a hot market. Not to mention, Mercedes is just a pleasant person who calmed our first time home buyer nerves. 10/10 would recommend. We can't wait to move into our new house thanks to her!

Mercedes was wonderful during this stressful time of finding a house for my family and I. She walked us through the process step by step. She was prompt responding to our calls, texts, and emails. She was our advocate. She is great. She was not happy until we were happy. Mercedes also didn’t allow us to settle because we were getting overwhelmed looking for a house in this type of market. She wanted what was best for us and it showed. She goes above and beyond for her clients and we appreciate her for that. Thanks to Mercedes we got our forever home!

I never thought I would be able to own my own home. It took time and it wasn’t easy but working with Mercedes was such a delight every step of the way. She moved mountains, she was their for me anytime I needed her(I mean anytime). No question was stupid and if she didn’t know she would contact someone who did.
