Mercedes began her journey in real estate in 2003 as a loan processor and quickly became a loan officer in just a few short months. She became an experienced Loan Officer and proceeded on that path for the next 10 years. Mercedes then found herself interested in the realtor side of the transaction and got her real estate license in 2012.

She became a top producing Re/Max agent before settling down with The Agency DC, where she now successfully helps clients buy and list their homes all across the DMV region.
