Mercy is the Founder and principal broker for Casals, Realtors®, a business serving Prince William County and surrounding Northern Virginia areas for the last 15 years. She leads a team of elite agents ranked in the top 1% of all teams nationwide based on outstanding customer experience. Through real estate expertise, market knowledge and negotiation skills, Mercy and her well-trained team seek to make the home buying/selling process as easy and seamless as possible.

Before starting Casals, Mercy launched her professional career in business management and marketing for several major US corporations over 25 years ago. She has a BS in Marketing from Syracuse University and a MS in Marketing from Northwestern University. Mercy also serves as one of 28 members of Zillow’s Premier Agent Advisory Board.

Mercy, a proud Puerto Rican, is an enthusiastic traveler and foodie, embracing the rich cultural experiences both in her travels and culinary explorations. She and her husband have been married for 28 years and have two children, Brandon and Britton.
