Meredith was recommended to us by a good friend and we were so pleased with after the first phone call. It was our first time selling a house and Meredith was with us every step of the way and more. She went into such detail and answered all of our many many questions we had. She went above and beyond to make this process as simple as possible. The way she marketed our house was better than I’ve ever seen. The second we decided to move forward with Meredith, she got right to work and sold our house the weekend it went up on the market! She has several clients but we always felt like we were her most important client when she was working with us. She really cares and has the best interest for her clients.

Truly personalized and incredible experience with Meredith. As soon as we walked into her open house, I knew she was the one (realtor I wanted to work with)! Meredith was thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. When you talk to her, it’s like talking to an old friend. Buying a home is stressful and nerve-wracking, but because Meredith is really honest and diligent in her work, and we saw her standing up for us and our needs/requests, it was very easy to trust that she had our best interests in mind throughout the whole process and gave us peace of mind. I had about one million questions as a first-time homebuyer that she answered patiently and probably multiple times when I forgot or needed clarification. If she didn’t know an answer, she would find out and get back to us in a timely manner. She was easy to reach and responded quickly and clearly. She did a lot of the organization legwork on her own so that we could focus on the more grueling documents and financing items. We were buying a home from out of state and a different time zone, so she was very accommodating of our schedules and our concerns not being nearby. She visited the home when we couldn’t, got us pictures and videos, followed up with contractors and the other realtor regularly, and even checked in on the house after we bought it and before we moved in. She’s got impeccable spelling and notice to detail, especially when verifying documents, and she ensured that our paperwork was correct or corrected before signing with other entities that we worked with. I know we found a hidden gem in Meredith, and I can’t imagine working with anyone else or having a better experience! I would highly recommend her, and I plan to use her again myself when the time comes. Thanks for making us feel so welcome in our new home and city, Meredith!

Meredith is INCREDIBLE at what she does! As a first time owner, I went into the homebuying process with a lot of uncertainty and definitely more questions than answers... After meeting with Meredith I felt more confident than ever. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional, as well as easily approachable. She answered all the questions I had along the way and helped me narrow down my search relatively easy. It only took a matter of weeks for us to find what can only be described as my DREAM HOME here in Philadelphia! The entire process from start to finish was stress-free and that is entirely because of Meredith's expertise as a realtor. I highly, highly recommend working with her, especially if you are a first time buyer!

I would give Meredith 100 stars if I could! Meredith helped my family with a fairly complicated move from out of state. She handled everything beautifully! She is VERY organized, a HUGE plus in a realtor since there are 1000 moving parts. I moved 3 months ago, and still keep her emails in a folder for reference. She is also detail-oriented, which is very important when you need someone to remember all the tiny details to follow up on! She has an abundance of energy and enthusiasm for looking at houses, another big plus when you are house shopping. Her love for Philadelphia is infectious and makes you remember why you are going through all the hoops to buy a house!
I cannot say enough amazing things about her and if I ever needed a realtor, I would not even think about going to any one else. You will not be disappointed working with Meredith!

Meredith is the sweetest and most genuine person I could have possibly worked with while buying my first house. She guided my fiancé and I through the process with so much knowledge and advice that we felt so prepared. Every question we had was given an honest answer. Mere is definitely not one to try to persuade you so she gets a check; she honestly wanted what was best for us. Even after we signed all the papers, Meredith has gone out of her way to give advice on home improvements and on programs to sign up for. She made this entire process so easy and fun!

We worked with Meredith to purchase a home on the mainline. She was knowledgeable, attentive and easy to work with. We were moving from out of state, and had no experience with the area. Meredith quickly assessed our needs and pinpointed several neighborhoods that would meet our desires. She took the stress out of the house-hunting/home-buying experience.

I absolutely adored working with Meredith -- the only negative about finally closing on my home was that I didn't get to spend as much time with her! She was beyond supportive, encouraging, thoughtful, and FUN to explore potential homes with. She answered every single one of my incessant questions with an approachable and well-explained answer (to someone who had absolutely no idea what she was doing: ME). When I was excited about a home, she was equally as thrilled, and when I discouraged with what felt like a long and hopeless process sometimes (this! market!), she never lost excitement nor faith in the process. I'm writing this from my beloved home that she was integral in securing for me, and I have on my calendar a date for her to come see what I've done with the place in a couple of weeks! I would 12/10 recommend working with Meredith to find your home.

Meredith made the process of buying our first home so easy! She is so knowledgeable about the process and answered any and all questions we had (which was a lot!) She really understood what we wanted, and her guidance lead us to putting in a strong offer and getting accepted on the perfect home for us, even in this tricky market. She even checked in with us multiple times post-settlement to make sure all of our needs were covered. I highly recommend using Meredith for all of your real estate needs. Myself and a friend are moving from out of state and looking for an apartment rental. Meredith was up to the task of finding us a place when we couldn't view anything ourselves in person. She gave us access to a ton of listings, and visited multiple rental units for us until we found the perfect place. She took videos, pictures and used FaceTime with the both of us so we could make an informed decision. When it came time for us to make our move on a place, Meredith made sure that we had all our boxes checked, communicated effectively with the listing agent, and secured our dream apartment for us! Working with Meredith is an absolute joy! The energy and dedication she brings to the table is unmatched and it makes the home buying process feel simple. She’s so passionate about her job and it’s so easy to see. Intially, my boyfriend and I were unsure of whether or not we were in the right financial position to buy a house, and after sitting down with Meredith we had nearly all of our questions answered. In fact, we went under contract just 10 days later on a house that checked all of our boxes! Her dedication to her clients doesn’t stop at the signing table- she’s always been there for contractor reccomendations, questions about the neighborhood, and advice on making our home a great candidate for resale one day. If you have the chance to work with her, take it!

There are not enough good things we could say about Meredith! Absolutely the most delightful and wonderful person we met during the house hunting process, and we are so lucky to have had Meredith as our realtor. She is so hard working (too hard working) and will be there for you any time you have questions no matter how simple, she is not pushy when we looked at houses but rather always listened to us and knew exactly what we wanted. She is specialized in first-time home buyers and it shows, she made us feel so comfortable and not pressured the entire time. We absolutely love Meredith and would go back to her beyond our first home.
