I like a challenge, which is how I ended up in the real estate world. It all started in the early 1990s - when there were romantic old warehouses that people dreamed of restoring into live/work spaces. These were creative, intensely intelligent people and you had to be on your toes to keep up.
In the 28 years since, I’ve had the good fortune of representing countless sellers, buyers, developers, and investors. My goal, always, is to be an advocate, guide, and negotiator to empower my clients to make informed decisions that meet their unique real needs. I’ve been on all sides of the negotiating table and I’ve learned how to consider every deal from every angle. That’s how you identify risk, determine what’s acceptable, and make a plan.
