Meredith is the broker and owner of Boxwood Realty, licensed as a real estate broker in Maryland and Florida, and as an attorney in Maryland, Florida, New York and the District of Columbia. She holds a law degree from the University of Maryland, and an M.B.A. from Loyola University. She shares her professional time between Boxwood Realty and the private practice of law, focusing on real estate, business law, trusts and estates.
Meredith first obtained her real estate sales license nearly twenty years ago, and was recruited to work for one of the top-producing teams at the Long & Foster office in Phoenix, Maryland. After receiving her law degree and M.B.A., Meredith obtained her Broker’s license and opened Boxwood Realty, with the goal of providing customized, flexible, professional real estate services through a boutique, independent brokerage.
Meredith has represented buyers and sellers in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions, including purchase, sale, lease, financing, landlord-tenant matters, foreclosure and related business matters. She has litigated real estate commission disputes, as well as disclosure-disclaimer, latent defect issues, purchase option issues, mechanic’s lien cases, and numerous landlord-tenant matters, all of which enable her to adeptly assist you in navigating through your real estate transaction.
Meredith is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Maryland Association of Realtors, Florida Realtors Association, Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, and Naples Area Board of Realtors. She has served on the Legislative and Professional Standards Committees for the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors. She is an active member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Baltimore County Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, and Collier County Bar Association.
Meredith has been honored as a member of the Real Estate Million Dollar Association, Ltd.
