Meredith McWhorter

Meredith McWhorter is a dedicated Realtor and married to a local business owner who has proudly called Myrtle Beach home for over 22 years since relocating from eastern North Carolina. She began her real estate career with CENTURY 21 Boling & Associates in 2004 and is excited to return to the team. With a deep understanding of the local market and a client-first approach, Meredith is committed to helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals with confidence and ease.

As a proud mother, Meredith draws inspiration from her two accomplished children. Her daughter, a former Clemson cheerleader, is now attending veterinary school at the University of Georgia, while her son, a former college baseball player, is studying marine biology at Coastal Carolina University. Both children thrived in academics and sports during their time at Carolina Forest High School.

Meredith took time off from her career to focus on raising her family and became actively involved in her children’s schools and activities. She served on the PTO boards at Ocean Bay Elementary and Middle School, volunteered at Ten Oaks Middle School, and spent eight years on the Carolina Forest High School Booster Board, where she held roles as Vice President and Secretary.
