Merisha "Kaveeta" East is a South Florida native who was raised on the “art of the deal,” embodying perseverance, determination, and unshakable integrity—qualities that have made her a trusted presence among family, friends, and clients. Growing up in Wellington, spending time in her father’s real estate development office, she developed a natural talent for connecting with people, a trait that continues to drive her daily.

With over a decade of experience assisting buyers, sellers, and agents across Colorado Springs, Nebraska, Chicago, and South Florida, Merisha built her career in supportive professional environments and maintains lasting relationships with many of her former clients and colleagues. Upon returning to Florida in the mid-2000s, she earned her degree with honors from FAU while simultaneously reestablishing herself in the South Florida real estate market.

Her hands-on experience spans sales and leasing, community management, and mortgage brokerage, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the real estate industry.
