I cannot recommend Merissa enough! From start to finish, she was patient, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to helping me find the perfect home. As a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions and uncertainties, but she guided me through every step with professionalism and care.

What stood out most was her willingness to provide resources that helped me overcome financial hurdles, including coming to the table with no money for closing and receiving money back. She didn’t just show me houses; she gave me options, whether it was different locations or creative solutions to fit my budget.

Merissa also gave me honest reality checks when needed, ensuring I made informed decisions without feeling pressured. Her expertise in the market was evident, and she paid close attention to my wants and needs. I feel like she learned me in this process, making sure every home we viewed aligned with what I was looking for.

Merissa was an absolute God send! My house had been on the market for over a year with little to no movement with another agent. I had a goal of having my home sold before the summer ended, and she came in with a plan ok!!
She was attentive and knowledgeable made strategic advertisements to get my house ready for new clients, new marketing adjustments and my house was under contract in 2 weeks and closed within 4 weeks after following her advice!
I could not have been more pleased, she even provided the resources needed to make the adjustments, I didn't have to Look for anyone myself! Merissa is a complete gem💎
I will definitely be going to her again for my future endeavors and would definitely recommend her to for all your real estate needs.

Ms. Merissa Alexander was beyond being an agent. Ms. Alexander was a Superb Realtor!!! She was kind, extremely professional but gentle to assist easing your fears and concerns about the Real Estate Housing Market process. If and not very often if our questions weren't answered immediately, oh most definitely Merissa would research and or contact someone who would know for certain. Also very little delay in responding to Our calls, text or email which gave much comfort and ease that she really was completely there for us in this major life process. Merissa Never spoke harsh and responded in an unflattering way after our many questions. Each and every time was with pleasantry and if over the phone you could hear the smile in her voice. She is quick witted, had possible great ideas for home decor, some of which I will be using on Our New Beginning in Our Forever Home we fondly refer to as the "Perkins Palace"! I’ve had the opportunity to work with Merissa as a first time home buyer. She makes the process super easy. I went in with no knowledge of purchasing a home .  I have been consistently impressed with her diligence, efficiency, and ability to get things done.

She put the REAL in Realtor. She's very professional and honest the entire process. The advantage of having her as your realtor is that she's not doing this just for a paycheck. She put herself in every situation when it comes to decision making  . She adds a personal touch, you become family the second she represent you. Her dedication is phenomenal. If the day don't go as plan she able to turn a negative to a positive. Merissa wear all caps, she became my therapist in the process, she reminds me to stay positive when we would get out bid. She constantly seeks to learn more about you as an individual and works with your needs, so that she can help serve you as a client and mitigate issues as they come up. She runs errands for me when I’m tied up with work,life etc. She’s not the typical 9 to 5 realtor. She's 24-7.

Her background work is exceptional. Every house she touches "SOLD", Every apartment "Rent". She's the new Fairy God Mother!!! when it comes to home selling, buying, renting etc.
