Raised in Tangipahoa Parish and rooted in the New Orleans metropolitan area, Merri Schneider
has built strong connections with communities throughout Southeast Louisiana. As the first
female business manager at the generations-old P&J Oyster Company in the historic French
Quarter, she used her capable and kind demeanor to connect with restauranteurs and
neighborhood regulars alike for nearly two decades. In 2006, Merri returned to Hammond to
restore a family home and shifted her focus to the most important connections in her life: family
and friends.
Throughout the years, Merri became the “go-to” in her community for advice on real estate,
architecture, design, and entertaining. This natural ability to bring people and places together
made her transition into real estate a seamless one. Today, as an Accredited Buyer’s
Representative (ABR®) and Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), Merri combines her
deep local knowledge with specialized expertise in buyer representation and relocation services.
She guides clients through every stage of the buying and selling process with professionalism,
patience, and care.
Whether helping first-time homebuyers navigate their options, assisting families relocating to or
from Southeast Louisiana, or advising sellers on how to present their properties for maximum
value, Merri provides a thoughtful and personalized approach. She understands that real estate
decisions are about more than just transactions — they are about lifestyle, legacy, and
community. Clients rely on her integrity, attention to detail, and strong network of local
connections to ensure their goals are met with confidence.
When buying or selling, clients can count on Merri to deliver expert guidance, genuine care, and
results that reflect her dedication to helping them achieve their real estate dreams.
