Merry Santoso

In the process of pursuing her own American Dream, Merry discovered a new career. She joined the Real Estate profession in 2013 as her daughters approached their college years. Merry has always been interested in real estate since she moved to Irvine California. She had visited lots of model homes while helping friends and relatives who were looking to purchase homes. Getting to know different neighborhoods, communities and builders started out as a hobby, turned into a calling.

Today, Realtor Merry Santoso is combining her business acumen, love of the community and multicultural outlook to helping families find the perfect home. She believes in delivering “results, not excuses” as she approaches every transaction with the same integrity and professionalism.

Merry also cultivates respectful relationships with other professional service providers to assist with her clients’ buying and selling needs, including stagers, painters, designers, handymen, and inspectors. She is detail-oriented, thorough and believes that “as long as we are communicating and working toward the same goal, I believe everything can be resolved. We can make things go smoothly for both sides with that kind of attitude.”
