My wife and I cannot begin to explain how wonderful our home buying experience was thanks to Merry. Living out of out of state and trying to buy our new home from a distance we found ourselves overwhelmed and somewhat confused about exactly where we wanted to land. Merry was very knowledgeable, honest and kind. She made sure she understood exactly what we wanted in a home and she only put forward properties that checked all of our boxes, and then some! We did several virtual tours and Merry was very helpful and quickly pointed out things we didn’t notice as she walked the property with us following virtually. She went as far as to even talk us out of a couple properties that we were interested in.

When we finally found the property we wanted, we had gotten so comfortable with Merry’s advice and her approach that we purchased our home sight unseen! The offer and settlement processes both went smoothly and Merry was responsive and worked tirelessly to make sure we were successful.

We couldn’t be happier with the process and the home Merry helped us purchase! Needless to say, we trust Merry and her professional opinion fully and would recommend her to anyone looking for their forever home.

We connected with Merry via the internet. We just closed on a townhouse purchased with Merry's invaluable assistance. She gave us great advice on our financing situation and recommended a top-notch inspection firm.. A few issues arose prior to our very fast settlement date and Merry was on top of them all with communications to listing and settlement agents. She kept me well informed as well, AND she saved me a few hundred dollars in insurance!

Merry is our house whisperer! She helped us buy a house in Olney in 2017 in a buyer's market, and her knowledge of the area and use of comps got us a more than fair price. Now, 4 years later, Merry helped us sell that same house, this time in a seller's market and got us top dollar! Merry is quick to respond, professional and a bundle of energy. I first met Merry when I was looking at a home I was thinking of buying. I had to sell my old house before purchasing a new one and decided to hire Merry to help me do this. I was very impressed with her thoroughness throughout the whole process. Merry explains everything, even before you ask. She is an expert at her job and goes above and beyond to make sure your home will sell for a fair price. When it came time to sell my mother's condo, I naturally chose Merry. She is friendly and competent and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home.
