Wow! 2020 marks my 29th year as a licensed REALTOR®! she believes in the Greater Sacramento area as a GREAT place to call home. she raised my son here and recently represented him with his first home purchase in the area.

She moved to Sacramento in 1986 where she started working at local title and escrow companies. From there, she moved into the financing end of transactions as a loan officer. This knowledge base and the network of colleagues and relationships created over the years is a critical tool she uses daily in her business. Experience gives her the gift of foresight to be proactive in structuring deals and looking after details to make the whole process much smoother for my clients.

Her lending background has helped her create a niche in helping first time home buyers get into homes with down payment assistance and tax credit programs. It brings her great joy helping people become homeowners, especially when they didn’t think it was a possibility for them or they thought it was outside of their immediate reach.

In 2014, She launched Just Listed Real Estate, Inc. to share my knowledge and grow a small team of like-minded agents. their focus is built around the idea of enhancing the quality of people's lives. Real estate decisions are financial, technical, and also emotional. They pride themselves in giving solid information, education, and thinking outside the box of options she hold the Certified Residential Specialist Designation (CRS) and Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES). She has earned multiple awards as a Top Producer over the years, but my focus is on doing quality transactions with quality people. She is a big on collaboration and having the right players on the team.
